1. Vowel Power Quickstart™ – Refund & Credit Policy

Digital download – $29 trial

Vowel Power Quickstart™ is a digital download with instant access to the files. Because the materials are delivered immediately, all Quickstart sales are final.

If you decide to join the RBK Reading Adventure™ cohort within 30 days of purchasing Quickstart, your full $29 is applied as a credit toward your cohort tuition.

To receive the credit, you must:

• Enroll in the RBK cohort using the same email address you used for your Quickstart purchase, and
• Join a cohort within 30 days of your Quickstart order date.

If you do not join a cohort within 30 days, the credit expires, but you retain ongoing personal use of your Quickstart materials for your own household.

2. RBK Reading Adventure™ Cohort – Refund & Access Policy

8-week live coaching + 6 weeks of guided practice – $1,200 per family

The RBK Reading Adventure™ cohort is a high-touch, small-group coaching program for parents and caregivers. Space is limited so that each family can receive individualized attention.

When you enroll, you’re committing to the full 8-week live cohort and 6 weeks of guided practice. If you attend the live calls and follow the 10-minute routine at least 4 days a week through Week 3, and you still feel that RBK is not a good fit for your family, you may request a refund of your cohort tuition.

To be eligible for a cohort refund, you must:

• Attend or watch the replay of the first three live cohort calls, and
• Attempt the 10-minute routine with your child at least 4 days per week during Weeks 1–3, and
• Email us by the end of Week 3 (Central Time) to request a refund and briefly explain what is not working for you.

After the end of Week 3, no refunds are offered for the cohort, regardless of attendance or participation. This policy is in place to honor the time, planning, and limited spots held for each enrolled family.

Quickstart credits: If you purchased Vowel Power Quickstart™ within 30 days prior to cohort enrollment, your $29 credit remains applied to your tuition even if a cohort refund is not requested or does not apply.

3. Access to RBK Digital Materials (Drip Schedule)

As part of the RBK cohort, you receive access to the digital Reading Adventure Pack™ materials on a schedule that aligns with the live coaching.

Upon enrollment: You receive immediate digital access to Level 1: Sounds Made Simple™.

Week 4: Level 2: From Sounds to Words™ unlocks at the start of Week 3 of the live cohort.

After Week 8: Level 3: Long Vowel Launch™ and Level 4: Vowel Team Power Quest™ unlock at the beginning of the guided practice phase following the 8-week live cohort.

Access is provided for your personal household use. By purchasing, you agree not to share, resell, upload, or distribute RBK materials outside your own family.

4. Live Calls & Replay Access

Live small-group calls for the RBK cohort are currently scheduled for Mondays at 1:00 pm Central (2:00 pm Eastern / 11:00 am Pacific) during the 8-week cohort. Exact dates and times are shared in your welcome email and may be adjusted slightly to accommodate group needs or holidays.

All live calls are recorded, and replays are made available to enrolled cohort families for the duration of the 8-week live cohort + 6-week guided practice period.

Replays are intended for your own household use and may not be copied, shared, or republished.

5. Personal Use & Licensing

All RBK materials, including PDFs, audio, video, and live-session recordings, are provided under a personal, household-only license.

• You may print and re-use materials for your own child or children within your household.
• You may not share, sell, upload, or distribute RBK materials to other families, schools, or organizations without written permission.
• Teachers or schools who wish to use RBK materials with multiple students must contact us for a separate license.

These policies help protect the time, creativity, and investment that went into creating the RBK Reading Adventure™ so that the program can continue to serve families long-term.
